One-to-one Consultation

One of the sourcing team will discuss your criteria and establish a strategy to work to.


We will clarify what you are looking for and we will only show you properties which are suitable for your needs, not just any property on the market.

Property Sourcing

In order to short-list potential properties, we start by speaking to agents and directly to vendors. We act quickly to bring properties new to the market to our investors.

Fully Packaged

We present you with a guide for the property, including purchase price, suggested renovation costs, potential rental yields and ROI. We share all our due diligence and comparables giving you all the information you need to decide whether the property fits your portfolio. We also help you maximise your returns on the property by providing suitable exits.

Negotiation

If you are happy with the property and the numbers work for you, we will negotiate the purchase on your behalf.

Progression

We actively progress our purchases working closely with your solicitor to help prevent delay.

Refurbishment

We will organise the survey on your behalf and then deal with any issues as a result of the survey. We liaise with our refurbishment team to provide quotes and a schedule of works so that we are ready to start any works as soon as the property completes.

Lettings

We work with a number of small family run lettings agents across Greater Manchester. We will introduce you to them, be on hand whilst the property is tenanted and then ensure a smooth transition to your new property management team.

After Sales

Your lettings team are your everyday contact for your new property. We are, however, always on hand to provide advice should you need it.
